Art Club

A post-work, facilitated art therapy
open studio to unwind & connect

what is it?

This is a facilitated group experience where ten of us will gather and be offered a prompt to create. We will draw, fold, and paint from a great cache of supplies.

After a set amount of time, we'll put our pencils and brushes down to engage in a dialogue about what came up for us.

We will experience a connection with ourselves beyond the daily fray and begin to process some of the noise that can often distract us from our own voice.

who is this for?

This is for folks who are trying to process the wild world we live in and relax through a creative and collective process.

This is for anyone - you don't need an art background, only an interest in exploring art making in a group setting.

This is an open space, but a closed, and intentionally safe, container led by Naomi Cohen-Thompson, a licensed art therapist.
